ORDERS AND SHIPPING

Can I ship my order internationally?

We aim to add an international shipping option in the future.  At this time we only offer domestic shipments.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?  

Due to the nature of our business all sales are final.  We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once we have received your order, you will receive an email confirmation.  Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.  When your order is shipped you will receive an email containing your UPS Ground tracking number.

When I put something in my shopping cart am I guaranteed I will receive the merchandise? 

Unfortunately, items are not guaranteed in stock.  Most items are one of a kind and it is possible the item could be sold to another client while still in your shopping cart.  If this occurs, you will be notified by customer service and any payment that has processed will be reversed.

Can I modify my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed and the sale is processed there is no option to cancel or modify your order.

CLOTHING ACQUISITION

How do I prepare for my Clothing Acquisition Appointment?

All you need to do is have your clean and folded clothing, shoes and accessories separated and ready for our buyers to look at.  We suggest scheduling a Wardrobe Consultation before your clothing acquisition appointment to get the most of your wardrobe and identify future clothing needs.

What happens during my Clothing Acquisition Appointment and how am I paid?

Piece by piece your buyer will review your items.  Your buyer will decide which items we are able to resell on our online store.  Your buyer will price each item and you will receive 35% of the retail value.  High end and highly collectable items will be consigned and you will receive 50% of the retail price once the item is sold.  Your buyer will generate an invoice that contains the quantity of items purchased and the amount you will be paid.   Consignment payouts are mailed out the 15th of each month for the previous month.

What if pieces I've consigned do not sell?  How long does my item stay up for sale?

The great thing about consigning a piece is you can have it back if it does not sell.   Consigned pieces will remain at full price for 60 days.  After 60 days, the selling price will be reduced by 50%.  Items will be listed at the reduced priced for an additional 60 days.  After 120 days the consignment piece will be removed from our inventory.  At this point, you have the option to arrange for pick up of the item, simply contact us.  All outstanding, unclaimed, consignment pieces will be donated to charity after six months.

What if I decide I want to keep an item after Traitor has purchased it?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, all purchases made by Traitor are final.  If you have a question about the price of an item or other concern please do so at the time of acquisition.  For hard to let go items consider Consignment.  Once you have been paid for an item we cannot return it to you.
